On July 31, 2024, Phlexing Technology Co., Ltd. (Phlexing), EDA Ecosystem Development Accelerator (EDA²), and Huawei Cloud Computing Technologies Co., Ltd. (Huawei Cloud) announced in Shanghai the signing of a landmark strategic cooperation framework agreement aimed at mutual benefits and complementary strengths. The agreement was signed by Dr. Qing He, CEO of Phlexing; Professor Xuan Zeng, Secretary-General of EDA²; and Mr. Qi Lu, Director of Solutions at Huawei Cloud.
