On April 24, 2025, the 9th All Blossom Conference, hosted by the Zhejiang Provincial Committee of the China’s Democratic Association, the Zhejiang Provincial department of Industry and Commerce, and the China Investment Promotion bureau, was held in Hangzhou, Zhejiang. During the event, the highly anticipated *2025 Hangzhou Unicorn and Potential Unicorn Enterprises List* was officially released.
